This notice covers ads.octer.ai and describes the principal data uses associated with LoopAds. A customer agreement or a notice presented when a feature is enabled may provide more specific information about that service. Amazon, LianLian and other independent services also have their own notices.
Visiting this website
This is an informational website. It does not provide account login, process Amazon authorizations, or collect information through a contact-form backend. The contact links open your email application.
The website does not set analytics or advertising cookies or run advertising trackers. Hosting and network services may process information such as your IP address, requested page, browser information and request time to deliver the website, maintain availability and investigate abuse.
Information used by the service
When you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, work email, company and the contents of your request. Please do not email account passwords, access tokens or unnecessary personal information.
When a business uses LoopAds, the information available depends on the connected accounts, permissions and enabled features. It can include:
- Business and member identifiers, contact details, roles and store or product access permissions.
- Amazon seller, marketplace and advertising-profile identifiers, authorization status and information needed to maintain the connection.
- Campaigns, targeting, bids, budgets, advertising performance and advertising change records.
- Product and catalog information, inventory, sales and traffic metrics, authorized order information and available brand-analytics reports.
- Your instructions, conversations, reports, preferences, approvals and service or troubleshooting records.
Why information is used
We use information to respond to inquiries; establish and maintain authorized account connections; provide advertising and store analysis; prepare reports and recommendations; carry out actions within the permissions and operating settings you authorize; manage access; and provide support.
Operational records are also used to investigate errors, review actions, protect accounts, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. The features you enable and the customer agreement determine the service you receive.
Amazon information and authorization
Current Amazon connections use LianLian authorization and API services. Advertising access and selling-partner data access are separate permissions. Connecting an account can make the data covered by those permissions available to the selected LoopAds features.
The sales-analysis workflow uses order and item identifiers, product identifiers, quantities, amounts and fulfillment status to calculate metrics. It is designed around business analysis rather than collecting buyers’ names, email addresses, telephone numbers or delivery addresses.
You can request help withdrawing access. Disconnecting a store in LoopAds and revoking authorization at Amazon or LianLian are different actions; please see the Data deletion page for the available steps.
AI-assisted features
LoopAds uses GPT models provided by OpenAI to help interpret business information, answer questions, generate reports and prepare or evaluate advertising actions. Relevant instructions, authorized business data, tool results and conversation context may be sent through our model gateway to the model service used for the feature.
We do not use customer data to train general-purpose AI models. Saved preferences, analysis notes and conversation history support continuity in your work; this application context is separate from model training.
OpenAI states that API data is not used for training unless the account opts in. Its default abuse-monitoring logs may retain content for up to 30 days, with exceptions; feature-specific retention can also apply. These policies do not establish that a particular account has Zero Data Retention. Contact us about the settings and processing arrangements applicable to your service.
Service providers and other recipients
Providing the service can involve LianLian for Amazon connections; infrastructure, hosting and storage providers; OpenAI for GPT model processing; and email or support services. Each recipient receives information relevant to its role in providing the service. Your organization’s authorized members may also access information according to their permissions.
Information may be provided where necessary to comply with a valid legal obligation, address a security incident or resolve a dispute. If a business transaction changes the party responsible for your information, the applicable notice and requirements will be addressed as part of that change.
Processing locations
Your account region, connected Amazon marketplace and the infrastructure or model services used can involve processing outside your country or region. The relevant locations and arrangements should be reviewed as part of service onboarding.
Contact us before connecting business data if you have a location restriction or require information about an international transfer. Any required notice, consent or contractual arrangements must be addressed for the relevant service.
How information is protected
LoopAds uses account and permission checks to limit access to business information by organization, store and product scope. Service records support investigation of requests and actions. We ask users to grant only the permissions needed for their work and to review access when their team changes.
This public website uses local static resources without advertising trackers or a customer-data backend. Questions about the safeguards applicable to a particular service, or suspected unauthorized access, can be sent to [email protected]. Our Security page explains how to report a concern. No website or service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the information and its purpose: delivering the service, preserving work you ask to keep, investigating actions or incidents, handling a support request, and meeting applicable legal or contractual obligations.
Disconnecting a store or deleting a project does not automatically erase every historical report or underlying record. To request deletion, email [email protected] with the affected account or organization and the scope of your request. We will verify your authority, identify the relevant records and explain the deletion process, expected timing and any information that must be retained.
Your choices and requests
You may contact us to request access, correction, a copy or deletion of information associated with you, to withdraw consent where it applies, or to ask about or object to a particular use. The available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the information involved.
We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity or your authority to act for a business. If we cannot fulfill a request in full, we will explain the reason and the next available step. Changes to this notice will be published here; material changes affecting an existing service will be addressed through the appropriate customer communication.
